Shipping & Handling Charges
We have a simple pricing scheme for all orders:

$125.00 and up	$15.00

How long will my order take?
We strive to ship in-stock items within 3 business of receipt, so your order should arrive within 1-2 weeks. We'll send you shipping information with a tracking number as soon as it ships. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we'll try to rush your order.
Note that while we strive to keep the website updated with in-stock items, some items may not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause, and will inform you as soon as possible.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your snowflake(s) have been shipped.

What form of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.

What countries do you take orders from?
We accept orders from the US and Canada on this website. Please if you'd like an order shipped to other countries.

Design

Do you make all the snowflakes by hand?
Yes! We make all the stained glass snowflakes by hand. It takes a long time, but we think the final product is worth it!

Are these original designs?
Our inventory includes a mixture of original designs and very popular patterns. We strive to blend modern shapes with harmonious colors to generate truly unique pieces.

Where do you get your ideas?
My husband is an engineer and he comes up with most of the designs for our snowflakes.

How often do you add new designs?
We're constantly creating new products and adding them to the website. Check back frequently to see what's new, or if you want something in particular!

How long does it take to get a custom stained glass snowflake?
That depends on a number of factors, such as complexity of the customer order, our current backlog and time of year. If you have a time-sensitive request, please us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are the Snowflakes available in colors other than what you have indicated?
Usually! We are happy to make you any design in any color - just let us know your preference. See Custom Orders

Care & Maintenance

How do I hang my Snowflakes?
You can hang snowflakes on windows, walls, or Christmas trees; anyplace with a hook strong enough to support the weight of the snowflake. We like to use screw-in hooks over our windows, but curtain rods or picture hooks will work just as well. For light snowflakes, you can use a suction cup hook on a window, but be careful it doesn't slip.
Each snowflake has one or two loops on the top, and most ship with invisible fish line. Run the fish line through the loops and over your hook, and voila, your snowflake is up! Lighter snowflakes can be attached directly to a hook without any fish line.

How do I care for my pieces?
A soft cloth and window cleaner will do a good job of cleaning.

What if my Stained Glass Snowflakes breaks?
In the unfortunate event that your snowflake breaks and provide the part number, description and/or size of the snowflake as well as a description of the problem. A digital photo would be the best. We will respond to you with the price to repair your snowflake. Most repairs are completed in 3 weeks.

Do you offer "gift services"?
Snowflakes make great gifts! We offer a standard gift service, which includes gift wrapping and a small card. Your gift is shipped directly to your friend or family member.
